Easy Marinated Lamb Loin Chops

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb loin chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt and pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

 

Step 1

Marinate lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.


Step 2

Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until medium-rare. Rest before serving.
