Ingredients:
1 kg picanha
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 onion
1/2 glass of white wine
1 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 pack vegetable or meat broth
Oil
Salt & Pepper

STEPS
Step 1
Place the sealed meat in a saucepan over high heat, adding a splash of oil. Cover the pan and leave for 3 to 4 minutes. When the meat has been seared on one side, turn over and repeat until both sides have been seared. Remove the meat from the pan.
Step 2
In the pan, add the chopped onion. When it has turn a whiteish colour, add the garlic and parsley. Add a splash of wine and cook for 2 minutes, until the alcohol has evaporated.
Step 3
Place the meat in the saucepan and cover it halfway with broth. Add the thyme, bay leaf, pepper and salt. Bring to boil and, once boiling, lower the heat to minimum, cover and cook for half an hour. Remove the meat and cut.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, process all ingredients with a blender and pour over the meat, thus giving the dish an elegant and exquisite touch. Enjoy!
