Ingredients:
2 lbs lamb shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slider buns
Coleslaw for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Step 2
Rub the lamb shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place in a roasting dish and cover tightly with foil.
Step 3
Roast for 3-4 hours, or until the lamb is fork-tender.
Step 4
Shred the lamb with two forks, discarding any excess fat. Mix with BBQ sauce.
Step 5
Toast the slider buns if desired, then assemble with pulled lamb and coleslaw. Serve immediately.
